Community Garden Watering

All Summer Long!

Help keep the school community garden thriving through the summer by signing up for a watering shift! Mon-Fri or Sat-Sun shifts are available from now until the end of the growing season.

Meet other parents, stay informed, and have a voice in our school community! Chavez PTO meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the library and online. Join us to learn about school matters and get involved!

Lunch & Recess Volunteers

Friendly faces wanted during the busiest part of the day! Help open juice boxes, support our newest lunchroom pros, and keep Gaga Ball and playground fun running safely. Times and dates are flexible, come as little or as often as you’d like. Even one shift gives our teachers precious prep time and makes a big difference for our scholars.

Early Literacy Night

Join us in growing the love of learning with our youngest students. Volunteers will help supervise activity stations, pass out snacks, and help with set up and clean up.

Books + kids = magic! Volunteers help set up, work the sales floor, and tidy up when it’s all done. Whether you’re stocking shelves or ringing up new favorite stories, you’re fueling a love of reading and giving back to the school.
